We fix slow, freezing and misbehaving desktop PCs, help install new software and sort out annoying error messages and pop-ups.
Laptop Repair

We repair and set up laptops, check batteries and chargers, and make sure your files, email and web browser are working properly.

If it's a repair we can't do onsite we offer a free collect/return throughout Stoke-on-Trent & surrounding areas. £50 fixed fee + any parts. No-Fix No-Fee. (no vat)

Home Wifi Services

Many everyday computer problems are linked to poor wifi. While helping you with your PC or laptop we can also check your broadband and wifi, make sure you are on the correct network and improve signal where needed.

£50 fixed callout fee (includes the first hour, most home IT support visits completed within the first hour) £25 per hour thereafter. (no vat)
Please have a list of any problems you want help with and make sure your computer, router and passwords are available when we visit.
